Directions:

 

  1. Steep 1tsp of tea in 1 cup of boiling water. 
  2. Strain, sweeten, & enjoy!
  3. Make 2-3x per day (during menstrual phase) for 90 days for best results**
  4. Wean down to 1-2x per day as hormones return to balance
